Epdm aeration hose membrane fine bubble tube diffuser
Epdm aeration hose membrane fine bubble tube diffuser can be connected on one side or in pairs to different rectangular and round tubes (ABS material) with the appropriate adapter. The membranes are manufactured with premium quality EPDM material and are available with fine or coarse-bubble perforation. The support tubes(ABS or PVC material)can be reused when membranes are replaced.
MOC:EPDM
Manufactured by compression molding with a standard cure,low plasticizer content, and 1mm or 2mm perforations.Compression molding with modern equipment utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a repeatable very high quality product.
MOC:Silicon
Silicon membranes offer high temperture resistance ,and chemical resistance that differs from other products .Silicon is an inorganic ,and therefore offers excellent resistance tomany organic wastes.Our formulationn is designed to resist tearing and creep,while producing fine bubbles at a modest headloss.
MOC: TPU
TPU tubular diffusers offer distinct advantages over EPDM and silicone alternatives. They provide superior mechanical strength and abrasion resistance, ensuring long-term durability under continuous operation. TPU excels in chemical resistance, particularly to oils and microbial attack, making it ideal for complex wastewater. Its fine-pore structure generates uniform, fine bubbles, resulting in higher oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE) and lower energy consumption, as evidenced by its 41.44% oxygen utilization rate. Furthermore, TPU's excellent elastic recovery prevents permanent pore deformation and enables easier installation via heat welding, reducing leakage risks and maintenance costs.
Fasten Clamps:
The standard material is 304 stainless steel; according to different water quality conditions, 316 stainless steel and all-plastic clamps can also be used.
Thread Standard:
The standard size is DN20 and DN25; other specifications of thread standards can also be customized according to actual needs.
